"Just got off the phone with the team over at Joe Sictor StateFarm. Always a good experience... The team here (Chelsie, Joe and Charlie) at this location is the best. I've been with them since about 2021 and they always make sure I'm saving as much as I can on insurance. They have always explained coverage and my savings options, fully, and they know their stuff. They do not hide the ball when it comes to savings. WHENEVER I call, I get an answer or a call back and they know who I am when I call. The personal touch is the cherry on top of everything else. This team is friendly and authentic, like they really should have a customer loyalty cookout this coming summer (hint hint) ... I'd come! HA! I have never had a bad interaction with this team. You guys are doing a great job and giving your community that good ol hometown service that makes being part of a community enjoyable.
